BOOKING
  1. The deposit secures your date only. You are not guaranteed a party until the balance is paid in full. Please understand that due to the reservation nature of our business, the deposit is NONREFUNDABLE.
  2. You will receive an invoice for the full remaining balance shortly after booking.
  3. You have 10 days prior to your party date to pay off the balance. If you have not paid the full balance by then, your date will become available for someone else. You will be given 1 opportunity to reschedule with the same deposit.  If you are unable to reschedule, you will not receive the deposit and you will have to pay a new deposit for a new date.
  4. Subtract 10 from the date of the party to know the last day full payment can be remitted. Payment can be made anytime before the 10 days.
No. The price is firm even if you have less guests than the package allows. If you intended for 10 girls to be present, but 1 or more are missing on the party date, the price will still be the same.
"Spa like" activities include manicure and/or pedicure services, including , but not limited to, the use of sea salt soaks, scented lotions, and bath bombs. Your child may have makeup applied with the use of eye shadow, blush, and or lip gloss.lip tint. There will be garments provided on the bus and are for use during the party only and cannot be taken home by guests unless otherwise stated. A face mask may also be applied to your child's face. All of our nail polishes, polish removers, and makeup products are vegan and cruelty free. There may be use of hair accessories for certain packages (headband, bows, colored extensions).
You will receive the same amount of invites/gift bags as the amount of people booked. If you have booked a party with 8 guests, you will receive 8 invites or 8 gift bags.
Sure, but we only accept 10lbs of sand from Kepler 452-B or 16 oz of rocks from Saturn as payment!
SPA BUS
    If we can accommodate you, we will without charging a rush fee. However, if you are adding additional items to your event, there is a $75 rush fee that will be applied to your balance plus the cost of the add on items. An event is considered last minute if it is not booked within 10 days of the event date. For example, if your party date is the 28th, you have to book by the 17th. Your event will be considered last minute starting on the 18th. Additionally, the full balance is due upon receipt of the invoice by 11:59pm. SLEEPOVERS/CHARACTERS/PICNICS
There is a $75 rush fee for these services if it is booked last minute. An event is considered last minute if it is not booked within days of the designated date. Additionally, the full balance is due upon receipt of the invoice by 11:59pm.

LOCATION
Pamper Me Princess parties are held at your home or venue of your choice. We bring the spa to you! Please be sure that you have the space for our bus. Our bus is 22.5 ft long and 8 ft wide. If you are using a parking lot space at a venue (church, hotel, event hall, building, park etc), it is your responsibility to communicate with the owner and confirm that our bus will be allowed to park there for the allotted party time. The bus will be parked for the duration of the party. We do not operate the vehicle with guests on board.
Right now we are local to select cities in the Midlands. Please see specific cities/towns listed in the footer section of our website. We do not travel outside of these areas currently. If you live outside of these areas, please designate a location/venue within one of these areas to have your event and we will show up and provide the experience of a lifetime.

PREPARATION
We will arrive between 15-25 minutes prior to the party. We will use this time to set up for the party. When its time for the party, our royal hostesses will roll out the pink carpet and knock on your door.
No. We only polish nails and make no claims of being licensed professional technicians, cosmetologists nor estheticians. Services are for entertainment purposes only.
Because our parties are based on a schedule, they work best when all guests arrive on time. Those guests coming late may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to. Please be on notice that the royal hostesses are not required to catch up the late arrival(s). Please tell your guests to arrive on time.

SPA BUS
No outside food is allowed on the bus. For certain parties we provide drinks and treats. We will not be held liable for any allergic reaction to our gloves and food items. Please be diligent in finding out the allergies of all guests within your reservation.
Due to limited work space, parents will not be allowed on the bus during spa services unless you have booked a play date package that includes adults.
In some instances there is availability before 11:45am. Please contact us via phone or text to book a party earlier than the advertised start time.

CANCEL/REFUND
  1. We need to be notified of a cancellation at least 7 days prior to the event date in order for you to receive a refund, less the deposit, and to be able to reschedule. Also, 7 days notification is needed for you to be able to reschedule with the same deposit.
  2. Please understand that the deposit is nonrefundable. This is strictly enforced due to the reservation nature of our business. We will make every attempt to reschedule your party within the desired time frame should you need to reschedule.
  3. If you do not cancel 7 days prior to your event, you will forfeit all funds paid. For example, if you cancel 6 days before your event, you will not receive a refund of any amount paid.
  4. We only give a courtesy reschedule once. PLEASE CALL, TEXT, or EMAIL US IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL or RESCHEDULE.
  1. No refunds for services that have already taken place.
  2. You can get refund of funds for cancellations made at least 7 or more days prior to the event date minus the nonrefundable deposit and the price paid for add ons. Again, the deposit is nonrefundable. Please be on notice that you will ONLY receive a refund minus the deposit if you notify us 7 days or more.
  3. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE 6 DAYS or LESS.  This is because we have taken your date off the calendar and have already began making preparations for your event.  You can always reschedule so that you do not lose the amount you have paid.
  4. We highly recommend rescheduling so that you do not lose your funds paid.  You have 1 courtesy reschedule.
  5. For the Girls and Boys Sleepover Package, we will refund the damage fee ($50) back to your original method of payment within 7 business days if no damage has occurred to the rental property.
  6. No refunds for add on products. This is strictly enforced due to most add-on services being personalized and customized.
If we cannot make it to your party due to extreme weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will return all funds paid minus the nonrefundable deposit. If you want to reschedule, you will be able to reschedule your party using the same deposit.
Great news, it never rains inside our Magical Mobile Palace! We will party whether it rains or shines. If you've selected the Fairy Princess Package and it rains, you have the option of having the scavenger hunt indoors.

PLAY DATES
For most of the Play Date packages, we require full payment. After you have paid the full amount you are fully booked and no other payment is due. Only the Princess BFF package offers the option of a deposit.
  1. Our play date packages are curated for the princess who is looking for some excitement during the week with family or friends. This is perfect for children who are home-schooled or during breaks from school.
  2. The packages are only available during the weekday (Monday - Thursday).
  3. All play date packages are 45 minutes.
  4. If you are booking the Princess BFF, please book at least a week in advance in order for us to have sufficient time to order the princess dresses.
  5. Due to the party being 45 minutes, there cannot be more guests than the maximum amount allowed

PICNICS
The rental period is 3 hours. You will be able to enjoy the picnic from 2-5pm unless you pay for additional hours.
The time listed is the start time. We will arrive earlier than the start time to set up. This time will be discussed with you after you book.
Absolutely! The extra hour(s) you pay for can be used to start the picnic before or after the start time. It is up to you. For example, if you pay for 1 additional hour, you can use this hour to start the picnic earlier or to end later.
Unfortunately no. The pillows are for decorative purposes. However, the straw/rattan cushions stay for guests to sit on.
Pamper Me Princess, LLC guarantees rental properties are in top working condition, but we understand that accidents can happen during an event. The damage security deposit is a one-time, refundable charge and covers rental items that are damaged through normal use. The damage security deposit is refundable after careful inspection of all rented items. If there is no damage assessed, you will be refunded back your $50 deposit the same day. You will have to check with your financial institution when the funds will be available to you. However, if there is property damage, you will not receive your entire $50 deposit despite which items were damaged. Reasonable and diligent effort will be made to discuss which items were damaged.

SLEEPOVERS
No. The time listed is our arrival time. We will arrive at this time to start setting up. Please allow between 1 - 2 hours for set up and tell your guests to appear at the appropriate time.

  1. We charge a $50 REFUNDABLE damage deposit. The fee is automatically added to the total price. If there is no damage to the rental properties, you will receive the full refund back to your original method of payment.
  2. Once the deposit is received, you will receive the invitations via email if you have booked one of the boys sleepover packages or we will make arrangements with you for you to pick up locally if you have added on invitations for one of the girls sleepover packages.
  3. Please rearrange any furniture in the area that you will like us to set up the teepees. The teepees have a width of 48″ and height of 50″-60.” We are not responsible for moving furniture around.
  4. Depending on the size of your space, we may only use a limited amount of teepees. If this is the scenario, the attendees will have to sleep 2 in a tent due to the limited space. The mattresses are twin size and can fit 2 guests. If more than 8 persons are attending, guests will have to share teepees and trays. We can only provide this package to a maximum of 16 persons.
  5. We will coordinate with the party host to pick up the rental items at a designated time.
Is a pig pink? We don’t see why all the fun should be had by kids. Adults can bring out their inner kid with one of our sleepover packages or include children to have a fun family night with the Remix package.
Yes! We do not provide sleeping pillows for hygienic reasons. We only provide pillowcases. We do provide decorative pillows and accompanying pillowcases, but these are for decor purposes only and do not remain in the house for the rental period. Although we set up with the items, they do not stay overnight. Examples of decorative pillows are the square pillows, knight's shield shape pillow and the log shaped pillow.
Depends. If you booked 8 people, 8 teepees will be provided unless the space is limited. If that is the case, guests will have to share a teepee. Although we offer parties for up to 16 guests, we only provide a maximum of 8 teepees and 8 trays. If you have more than 8 guests, there will be 2 girls to a teepee. For example, if you have 9 girls, 2 girls will have to share 1 teepee and the remaining 7 girls will have individual teepees. Each teepee can accommodate 2 guests. Although teepees will be shared, you will still have to pay for each guests' personalized box.
As many guests that are booked on the spa bus. If you have 8 guests, 8 teepees will be provided. If 10 guests are booked, you will receive 8 teepees and 2 guests will have to share. However, you will received 10 personalized boxes.

OTHER INFO
Yes. Please understand, dependent on the package booked, that many of the products served or used in party activities may contain tree nut, dairy, gluten and other ingredients that may pose a health risk to anyone allergic to these ingredients. It is your sole responsibility to investigate the allergies of the guests attending the event. It is your responsibility to ensure that a guest with allergies does not consume nor come into contact with the allergens which may cause an allergic reaction.
We reserve the right to feature your child and all guests on our website and on all our social media platforms. If your child is featured and you do not want them to be, please contact us and we will remove the picture. Please understand that there will be no compensation given to you for pictures on our website or social media platforms. You will make no monetary or other claim against Pamper Me Princess LLC for the use of the pictures. We will never use any identifying information when we feature your child or guests on our website and social media sites.
Please be on notice that prices and services are subject to change at anytime.
No we do not. The guests may leave the bus at anytime to use a restroom of their choice. Please be careful going up and down the stair to enter/exit the bus. Pamper Me Princess will not be liable for any injuries, damages to personal belongings, and/or accidents that may occur during your party.
By booking a party, you agree to receive relevant information via text message related to your party. We will only send you messages concerning your event.
